Don't worry as kid's can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. every child is different and they can achieve their milestones at different timing.

Timing isn't that important, however, if your baby still has no teeth by the age of 18 months, it may be time to see a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.
It's probably normal – when a baby sprouts a first tooth varies quite a bit. In rare cases, a baby is born with a first tooth. At the other end of the spectrum, a baby might not get one until she's at least a year old.
