#Asktheexpert My baby girl is 10 month old. I can't see any teeth coming out though on the other my son when he was at her age, had 2 teeths. Any supplements I need to give?

A. Hi Don't worry as kid's can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. every child is different and they can achieve their milestones at different timing.

A. Hello mommy, The average age is anywhere from 6 months to 12 months, though some babies will get teeth earlier and some will get them later. Timing isn't that important, however, if your baby still has no teeth by the age of 18 months, it may be time to see a pediatric dentist for an evaluation. It's probably normal – when a baby sprouts a first tooth varies quite a bit. In rare cases, a baby is born with a first tooth. At the other end of the spectrum, a baby might not get one until she's at least a year old.
