#AskTheExpert my baby girl (about to be 10 months old on 4th jan) is having white patches at the inside corner of lips (likely mouth ulcer) is not relieving. There's some ulcer on the tongue part also, please give your advice.

A. Give your child pain relief medicine such as children's paracetamol if they are in pain. Always follow the instructions on the packet. Make sure your child is drinking enough fluids like water and milk.Rinse your toddler's mouth with lukewarm water to which a teaspoon of salt has been added. The antibacterial properties of salt will help treat the ulcers.
