PriyaMom of a 5 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi, usually till 1 year only weight gain will be more, after that it will increase slowly only. don't worry, u r doing a great job.. give healthy diet.. 1000 -1300 calories per day.. include ghee, cheese, panner, yogurt, curd, peanut butter, Kerala banana, avacado, potato, sweet potato,dal, nuts, milk(not more than 400ml per day).. these foods will help in weight gain.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, sweet potato etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
