#AskTheExpert My Baby didn’t poop for 5 days. Kindly advise what needs to be done and what could be the reason for the same. She is 5 months old and is exclusively breast feeding

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. when you see that the regular consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid then there is no need to worry about the frequency of stool but if you have seen that the stool is hard and dry then only you have to consider it as constipation and give medicine

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Don't worry this is normal, Breastfed babies, especially if they have not started solid foods, can easily go two weeks without a poopy diaper once they are 2-3 months old.
