Hello ma’am Certain time it happens that kids have this extreme colic pain at a specific time in the day or night so I would advise you to start with Himalaya Bonnie spaz 3 to 4 times in a day maximum as and when needed and specifically when your child starts to cry around 7 PM give this medicine your child will settle down in 5 to 10 minutes. I have been through the same road so I can assure you it works
