Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. 99 is noteven fever madam baby on touch can have warm sole forehead and is a normal thing . Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines .
Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. The usual dose of paracetamol for children is 10-15 mg per kilogram of weight. In other words, if a child weighs 20 kg it should have 10-15mg x 20, which is 200-300 mg. This dose can be taken once every 4 to 6 hours, up to 4 times in 24 hours if needed.
