#asktheexpert my baby boy potty was very hard even though I am giving plenty of liquids

A. not a single day sir everyday like that he feels uncomfortable . bt daily he went potty

A. Hello, your baby boy is 26 months old and he is having a constipation so you should give him plenty of water and papya and apples crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily

A. constipation is common at this age . You should give more of liquid like water and juice and fibrous diet like green leafy vegetable and some fruits . . . .
