Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Speak to your doctor for further advice on any vitamin deficiency. Good luck and take care.
