Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Skin tone and complexion of babies depend on genes. A baby's complexion cannot be changed. Health and environmental issues can temporarily change or influence your baby's skin colour, skin tone and complexion. Once these issues are resolved, your baby's skin colour will return to the shade and tone he or she was born with.
