to increase your child attention span,first offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
avoid giving too much salty and sugary food.
maintain proper hydration.
practice yoga or mediation daily .
offer toys which can help in this like building blocks, puzzles etc.
you must Limit your child screen time.
