#asktheexpert my 7 year old boy is very weak and pale and his appitide also not that good..what vitamin do I give him?

A. he is very weak gv wt gain foods as potato sweet potato sweet potato ragi dalia avocado pumpkin banana dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amt... keep the baby well hydrated strt with vit supplements as zincovit...
