#AskTheExpert my 7 month old baby is having fever is it better to give him PCM Drops or Noblok drops.

Give pcm drops to ur baby.
Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. Take care and all the best
