A. no. avoid dirt. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. good evening yes I would recommend you to consult the doctors at a small child should not be having this problem it is important to find out the reason for the same and that the baby is not having any issue
