#AskTheExpert my 4 yr daughter is showing a tendency to develop mucus in her throat only at night which leads to coughing and sometimes vomitting all the food she has eaten..how to prevent this ?

A. you can give a spoon of honey before bed or a glass of tumeric milk to treat coughing yes as coughing baby will throw out give steam inhalation use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
