#asktheexpert My 4 year old son always has constipation problem. I am tired of giving him medicine but still he gets constipated sometimes

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is very com in kids .Hard stool is very common in babies ; due to low fiber and water intake . So increase the quantity for water and fiber . Also lactulose can be used if severe constipation is there and it is trouble some .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening make it a point that you are giving 20 munakka on a daily basis which has been soaked in water overnight this will help to make sure that you are not having to give any medicine to the child
