My 3year old girl is having runny nose and 99.5F fever for the past 5days.. consulted with the pediatrician and had medicine. but from yesterday onwards she had no fever.. but she is inactive and sleeping most of the time.. what shall I do now?

Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for  this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

This can occur due to some infection or some times due to climate changes and temperature variations around child.

For cold / running nose give syp Maxtra 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
For productive coughing give syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing xcoughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol

Give warm water to dxrink
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
