#asktheexpert my 3month old baby vomits very often and from 2 days he didn't pee overnight ,hardly 2,3 times.

Both the things are normal as due to stomach reflux issues the vomit quite a lot which is no problem at all and not passing motion for some days is normal and not urinating in the night while sleeping because they have a very good natural control
