it is completely normal my son is 3 month old and he is also pooping after 3/6 days I consulted child specialist and it is completely normal just keep on watch that gass is passing regularly he is not crying or his stomach is bloted...if he is urinating 7/8 times a day den it's ok ...but still consultant your pediatrician for further examination of your child

Maintain hydration
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
