#asktheexpert My 3+ month old son used to latch for breastfeed 20 days back but because he's not latching enough so my breastmilk is getting reduced and I have to give formula milk to him. Please advice what can be done in this case?? Should I take lactoboost granules to increase the breastmilk flow?

Namaste Mom , One is massage your breast well after every feed, appy some warm compress as well, have healthy and filling diet , granuales can be had as well, foods such as milk, panjiri, dry fruits , drumstick, fenugreek leaves, oats, garlic, jeera, ajwain , saunf water etc
