#AskTheExpert My 3.5 month old baby has a white coating on her tongue which does not go away with cleaning. is it just milk residue or thrush? what medication should be given in case of thrush?

A. can be cleane dor fungal. this for now will require a detailed analysis of the issue and so now it is difficult to say the cause so can see a doctor for now and then can be said about this problem .
