ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. is totally normal to have discharge or spotting in babies. You just need to maintain proper hygiene by cleaning with normal water and pat it dry
Try avoid harsh rubbing
if there is more of frequent discharge or spotting, then you should once consult with your doctor

Absolutely not either there is a cut in the vagina or your child would be having it into the urine I’m not sure anything could be there but these are the possible reasons you have to check whether it happens again or not and consult your paediatrician once
