#asktheexpert My 2 year old son always swallows his tongue both sides of the tooth also he never bites his food and always gulp it. Can you suggest a solution. we tried so many times to teach but no success. please help

A. dear mum you have to be patient and keep trying don't give soft and mushy food as child tends not to chew it let him eat along with the family show by your example let him eat by self avoid t. gadgets at meal time
