whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days aand follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not

Give ultra D3 drops 
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc 
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly 
Maintain hydration
