A. due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness on that side of the head. no treatment is required for flat head and you will see that by one year to two years of age the flat head will go away as soon as thce child begins to sit and later walk. pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry. the bones in the skull are elastic so to givce space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape

A. Hello mom This is quite normal baby stay down while they are sleeping so you should keep a pillow aside your baby so it will be difficult for your baby to take a turn. And baby will sleep straight. If your baby will sleep straight then only baby head will get a proper shape
