#AskTheExpert my 18month daughter is not taking food properly. she wishes to have food on her own. doesn't allow us to feed her. she active all through day. suggestions for food pls

if your child needs to eat on her own, it is a good thing
Donot worry
Guide the child while she is eating
Do not force feed
Let child understand hunger & demand food
