Q.

#AskTheExpert my 10 year kid has sleeping issue. she doesn't go to sleep easily. it takes a long time for her to go to sleep, almost 1 to 2 hr after going to bed.

A. ye scan be so for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
