#asktheexpert My 10 month old hardly sleep 6-8 hrs a day. it's very difficult for me to manage my day to day activity because of almost no sleep. Also my son doesn't take long nap in this 6-8 hrs of window. Plz advise

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry justiu give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
