#AskTheExpert my 1 yr old baby has leg cramps regularly in day and night both ...what are the causes and solution for that pls help

That could be due to a muscle related issue it’s better to check with your doctor the doctor is going to help you with right oint meant to use when we stretch your body too much it can happen but it’s better to check with your doctor of the child is constantly complaining
