Q.

#AskTheExpert my 1 year old son is having leg pain at night in sleep.. he is very active and playful.. always onto something.. does it mean that he is having some nutritional deficiencies??? what should I do?

A. yes it may be due to calcium defv.Green leafy vegetables and fruits . Some good source of protein like egg or soya bean can be given . Any protein powder can also be started after baby age is more than 2 yr of age .
