#AskTheExpert mom of 9 mons old baby.. I became veryyyyyy thin n dark after 3 mons after delivery my blood percentage is very low can u please sugget me any food to gain weight n improve blood percentage please πŸ™

A. Hello mom firstly as per your blood report normally along with diet you do need some supplements as well , as most new moms are recommended to take such as iron or multivitamins for a period of time . Been a mom it’s very demanding period .. try to take help whenever possible and take rest as Also you can take foods such as seasonal fruits , vegetable soups , dry fruits and nuts , panjiri , milk and products, organ meats if preferred.. take dates , raisin soaked in Water over night and have it along with water , Green leafy vegetables, lentils and legumes , millets would be helpful ,
