Hello ma’am Since your child is already six months plus you can give Amul down pasteurised milk also to your child if you do not want to go for formula and four formula you can go for nine. And apart from that I would just advise you to start with porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable beauty vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits and suits oats ragi Suji curd Paneer all these things you can give to your child in semisolid consistency and good amount of water as well
