almost every baby do this..it is because of itching or sometime baby use to play like tapping that area or snitching that area..no worry maintain a good hygiene and try to leave open that area for sometime so it could be breathable...tk cre nothing to worry abt

either the baby should be having some sort of rash or it could also happen if the baby is having any pin worm infestation and will have itching in that area and because of that she might be handling it

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
