A. नमस्ते यह गर्म मौसम या dehydration या पेट खराब या मुंह के छालों आदि के कारण हो सकता है तो कृपया एक बार अपने बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ से मिलें। छोटा और बार-बार भोजन देने की कोशिश करें। अपने बच्चे को उसका पसंदीदा भोजन देकर प्रोत्साहित करें।
