Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like small quantities of ragi or homemade Cerelac or mashed bananas, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani. Give sips of water in between meals. Start with one new food at a time. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
