Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if your 2.6 year old baby is having the problem of constipation you have to give a high fibre diet and more of liquids and avoid any maida con taining food

That Is mostly due to lack of water in the body try to increase the amount of water by giving different kind of liquids to the child whatever your child is fond of having buttermilk coconut water juices all these things will be helpful at this stage it should have good amount of fibre into it as well
