Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Also, when your child's temperature rises toward 104 or 105 degrees Fahrenheit, or it does not decrease abruptly with acetaminophen or ibuprofen, you should contact your child's pediatrician, who likely will direct them to an urgent care or ER.
