you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed processed foods.
include rice and daliya recipes with veggies, stuffed roti or paratha, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, banana, chikko, potato, boiled sprouts, pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, veg upma, veg poha, sheera, stuffed idli, dosa, pancake, chilla, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian etc and use ghee for preparing his meals.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Hello ma’am Your child should be somewhere around 15 KG at this age if your child is having good height so if your child is eating well still not gaining weight then consult your doctor ones for a medicine which will help in making that that digestive system better of the child and after that whatever your child will eat the body will absorb it well and in turn your child will gain proper weight as well
