NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the child being smart is normal and you should slowly try to talk to your child and make your child understand the same `any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe
