Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy11 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Apply warm coconut oil,castor oil on tummy gently massage for 5 minutes in clockwise direction this will help in avoiding constipation .
After introducing solids constipation happens,feed fruits,vegetable puriees,mashes ,cerelac,moongdal kichdi,adequate water increase bowel movement avoids constipation.
