A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for everyone at home. During this corona times, it is important to maintain good immunity levels. Try and be physically active as much as possible unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments.
