can be due to gastritis.
sometimes passing bowels and sometimes baby is trying to use its muscles.
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

This is normal phenomenon dear. Baby is exploring his body parts and doing what he likes. This is very natural.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Do massage well.
