these are peristalsis movements which are normal
next time you visit doctor can show him once to rule out anything else

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Main Miku probably be that your child is very hungry when you start giving a feed to the child and that is why little bit of gargling sound could be there which is only an indication that the child is hungry and now getting milk and slowly getting satisfied
