ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist9 months agoA. It is not compulsory that the baby should have a bulging belly just to feel that the tummy is full. Usually a bulging Belly indicates excessive gas.
If the babies content, gaining weight and playful, then there is no need to give anything extra unless asked
