Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child too sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs g to be managed accordingly.

Give wholesome meal to ur baby in dinner and give milk before sleeping. This will help to keep the baby tummy full and will sleep properly at night time or will wake up less frequently. Take care
