SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, while burping baby will spit a small amount of milk which is good. Spitting and vomiting is different. Spitting is good while burping. If baby is vomiting in a more quantity that is half of the milk is coming out before burping then it is vomiting then it might be due to infection you need to check with your doctor in the next visit.
