Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi why? it is early it is advisable to give breasfeeding only Till 6 months age after that, you can start giving semisolid food to your child so please don't give anything other than the breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age
