#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby's poty has become so tight.he is having ripe banana and boiled apple,boiled pear.should I continue?plz suggest remedies to stop his constipation.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. for this. Constipation can be avoided by taking high fibre diet and also my taking plenty of fluids . High fibre diet means green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits and also daliya suji etc . Avoid use of any medication daily basis for constipation .
