Rajeswari DagguMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello parent, your baby is 4 months old now it's too early to give solids. exclusive breastfeeding should be given to baby till 6 months. After completing 6 months you can start solid food in liquid form.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge, pure puree etc as the first food.
