These are not dandruff but cradle cap. Do appy hairoil after washing the hair and then use gentle comb to get cradle cap out. Do it gently. Don't do it forcibly.
Give gripe water as baby is teething. Give food in the gap of 2-3 hour. Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc
