Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. whenever you change the diaper clean the area well with fresh water gently and let it dry and apply almond oil or coconut oil every time on the area and use diapers which should be of baby's size.
note: some brands doesn't suit sometimes try to change the brand and maintain hygiene.
for redness you can apply rashfree cream on diaper rashes
